About Us

I was born in France but my parents are Cambodian and have a Chinese background. I have always loved traveling, which was probably something my parents knew from the moment I was born because, according to them, the birthmark on my right foot was a sign that I would travel a lot.

She is Portuguese and loves to share her culture and language. Ever since she was a little girl, she has dreamt of discovering the world.

​

We met in a Parisian park on a beautiful spring day during a folk dance class. She was an Erasmus exchange student and I had just returned to Paris after having finished a work project in Portugal. Yes, it was a true meet cute with all the clichés that come with it!

Together we explored our passion for traveling and discovering other countries, cultures and foods - a passion that takes up a lot of our time (and money! 🙄).

It was this same passion that led us to finding our home in a city across the Atlantic: Toronto, Canada.
